Donald
G. Chapman, AIA, NCARB After returning to Anderson he established Chapman Design Group, Inc. in 1994, and the following year married his wife Amy. Don loves his community and enjoys being very active in Anderson. He currently serves as a Councilman for the City of Anderson - Seat 2 as well as serves on a variety of boards and committees. Formerly Don was President of the Anderson County Arts Center and is a past board member of the Anderson Sertoma Club, the Main Street Association, and the Savannah College of Art and Design Architectural Advisory Board. Don is the Developer and Builder of Stonebridge at Rankin's Lake which is proud to be "South Carolina's First All Electric Energy Star Community". |

Amy W.
Chapman Born
and raised in Anderson, Amy continued her upstate tie by attending
Clemson University and earning a Bachelor’s Degree in May
1991. She then was the Accounting Coordinator and Controller for two Mid-sized
corporations as well as owning and operating The Lunch Box in downtown
Anderson for several years. Amy handled all the financial aspects
for Chapman Design Group before joining the team full time in October of 2004.
Amy is currently the Sales, Marketing and Finance Manager for Chapman Design Group and Icon Construction of South Carolina, LLC. |

Doug
S. Chapman Doug grew up in Anderson and is a 1983
graduate of T.L. Hanna High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree
from Lander University in Greenwood, SC in 1989. Doug lives in Taylors,
SC with his wife, Libby and their two children, Kelly and Ashley.

Joe
Hall After graduating from Westside High School in May 2002, Joe studied at Anderson University for two years where he had academic and baseball scholarships. He transferred to Clemson University to study architecture and received a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture in December 2006. Joe joined the group in September 2006. |

Amanda L. Phillips
Amanda graduated, second in her class, from West Oak High School in 2003. She joined the group in May of 2006 as the administrative assistant for Chapman Design Group and Icon Construction. She has many responsibilities and duties for the day to day operation of the two companies. In 2008 Amanda enrolled in online classes for Web Design and Development. She now has a Web Master Certificate from Tri County Technical College and is responsible for updating the company website. |
